This is a tough review. Let me start with the counters are beautiful. They were very professionally installed and we love them so much. Wilber was a joy to work with. His crew came and installed the counters in less than a day and he came after to fix any issues. My only problem is the plumber came the next day to hook up the sinks. He unfortunately scratched my hardwood floors. Wilber said he would help us fix them but the referral he gave us said to fill in the scratches with a sharpie so I didn’t like that response. I’m still working on trying to get the scratches out of the floor. So if you are using the plumber make sure he protects your floors. Other than that the counters are gorgeous and I would definitely use Wilber for counter installation should I need them in the future. I would just ensure floors were protected at all times even from the plumber.

We chose a white quartz with a grey vein for our countertop and back splash. We challenged Wilber to line up the veins on the countertop and backsplash and to avoid any veins at joins. He and his team did a great job, exceeding our expectations. In addition their work was tidy and professional. I highly recommend New Era Stone.
