- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be as followed, depending in service call prices are very flexible. Price on parts depends on the equipment if necessary to replace any. My water treatment systems, filtration systems and reverse osmosis prices varies.i will always give the best price for all of my customers. I accept CHECKS AND CASH.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's giving the correct information about the process witch job will be conducted.give them confidence on assuring that they can trust me or my job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is 10 years. I did had in the field training and every day learning. Having a different task makes you better. I've been well trained by 50 years of experience in total.
