All of our standards and pricing is on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is our customer's call us, select unit and reserve the best birthday or event ever! We follow up one week prior to the celebration to let them know we are ready and see if they need anything. then the day before the event, we call to make sure the address is correct and time to ensure they have a successful celebration. Once the party is over, we come pick up the units.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a mom of two and enjoy spending time with my kids. My kids mean everything to me and I pass this passion into every celebration I'm a part of! Fun is a priority!
