- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates for local moves and set rates for long distance moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls inquiring about a move, I discuss the details of their move with them and if needed I like to set up a time to visit with them in-person. Once I have given them an estimate, I make sure I answer any questions they might have before booking the move. The day of their move we present them with our moving contract and go over the details that were discussed during the estimate and provide them with a copy of our contract.

I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management and have my Texas Real Estate license.
