Introduction: Getting to know my clients and what is important to them is just my nature. I understand my role as a support associate, my gift so-to-speak. No two projects are exactly the same and its invigorating to learn something new each day. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. There are many coaches, associations and gurus who offer online seminars on business development, marketing and new services to offer clients. I attend as many as my time allows. I follow VA Networking, Office Depot Webcafe, and ClickNewz just to name a few. And I actively share my articles on social media networks such as LinkedIn and FaceBook and my company is registered in Refer My Home Biz, Biznik and Thumbtack business directories just to name a few.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Data manipulation: Word or data processing, contact management or correspondence. I am proficient in MS Office 2010 including PowerPoint. E-Mail marketing and client relations.
