Introduction: I am unique coach in that I specializes in working with women only. Every coach is different, but I found I understood and connected with ordinary women who were going through life transitions and need support in doing so. I also have coaching training and offer a unique Self-Discovery Session that I learned through training with Coach for Life, that allows my connects to connect deeply with themselves not only in the session, but in the future as they are working out problems and making difficult decisions. What I like most about my career, is that every women I work with starts with such seemingly different situations, but when we get into the areas of their life and the root of what is going on, it all comes down to the same things. Most of which stems from them neglecting to take care of themselves as they put everyone else first. I get to watch my clients discover amazing things about themselves and grow in love for themselves and at the same time, build confidence in who they are. It is a very personal relationship and an honor to share with each and every one.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to help people, but for a long time I didn't know how. I have a Sociology degree as well as a Master's degree in education. I always had a love for people and knew I wanted to inspire others to reach their dreams and make a positive impact in the world. When I found the coaching profession, I knew it was for me. I could use all of my natural gifts and inspire others to find and use theirs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with women going through various life transitions, from divorce, to moving, to changing careers. The reasons a client comes to me varies, but overall, I help them find what it is they are good at and how they can use that to live out their life purpose. I also help them to explore their core values and in turn that helps them to make better decisions. through weekly coaching I help women to gain clarity, set goals, and stay accountable, in turn this helps them to build confidence in themselves.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all the women I work with, when they tell me they learned something about themselves, they took time for themselves, they tried something new and went out of their comfort zone, they reach a goal, they look at something in a new more positive way, they challenge their limiting beliefs, they are more confident, and tell me they love themselves more. That is work I will always be proud of.
