FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies. It actually depends on volume and/or how far behind a customer is and what it will take to "catch you up". For taxes, it is the same situation. Generally speaking we sit down with our customers and do a charge estimate from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet my customer, I want us to meet in a casual environment (usually a Starbucks or at your office if you wish) when we can both "get comfortable". I want you to tell me what you see as your needs. I welcome you to bring your billing, bank statements, check copies with you. We will also go over what I can do to meet your needs and the timing to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an accountant for 20 years. I worked at Nortel Networks for 10 years as a Financial Manager, and another 10 years as an Operations Manager (Assistant Controller) for March of Dimes. I am a "crack investigator" finding and unwinding puzzles from a financial prospective.
