- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication, via phone calls and emails, between the customer and the project manager/design and development team. We want to make sure that each phase of the project is approved by the customer before moving on to the next phase. This way if any changes need to be made we can be make them right then and there instead of waiting till the end of the project. We also give our customers access to the project status so they can review things as frequently as they want to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WebRTC (Real Time Communication) is a very hot topic these days. WebRTC is transforming they way people shop. There is also a lot of interest in the Customer Service or IT Help Desk arenas as well to assist companies in helping their customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of industries and size of companies. Impiger has several customers in the top Fortune 100 list as well as Startups and small to medium sized enterprises. All industries can benefit by using our services. Each customer is treated equally regardless of the size of the project.
