- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My three step process: (1) Assessment/Diagnostic, (2) Troubleshooting, (3) Resolution. Whether I am working as a PC technician or as a business consultant, I believe in addressing situations with a focus on strategy and efficiency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, over 10 years of experience working in IT, and an (ISC)² certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been fascinated by computers since I was very young. It started when my father brought home a Windows 3.1 PC. Since then, I have blossomed in my knowledge and understanding of information systems.
