FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my family law services are based on retainer basis and billed hourly for my work. A retainer is an advance payment that an attorney charges a client to start the representation of his/her case. An attorney normally bills the client on hourly basis. Attorney will also the bill the client for any expenses, including mailing, printing, copies, and other similar stuff. As an attorney my hourly fee is $350, and the amount of retainer is based on the type, amount of work needed, and County where the case is filed. I also offer a fixed price package for uncontested divorce filed in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton counties of Texas. These prices are $675 for Dallas, $1000 for Collin, $1500 for Tarrant and Denton counties. To get an accurate estimate about my fees for your particular situation, contact me with the details of your case. I do offer convenient installment plans and accept all major credit cards.
