- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is different, so no, there are no fixed rates. My work is customized according to each individual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually get their requests online. I write a proposal for them and present it. If they decide they chose me as their floral designer, we can set up an appointment to meet, or we can communicate via e-mails or phone. It is up to the client what they prefer as form of contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously research the trends. It is important to see what nowadays brides like to have for their wedding flowers. I have a degree in art.
