Nothing but good things to say about the work that U-Nik did for us. Our floors had not been refinished since the house was built in the 50s. The guys worked like Trojans to make sure everything was done properly and to the highest of standards. 5+ STARS, NO DOUBTS! Will call them to do my kitchen when we remodel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing standard installing or sanding or recoating it's pretty much charge by the Foot but when it comes to repairs the prices vary but are fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to know exactly what the customer wants done and the only way I achieve that is by meeting the customer and walking the job site so I can get specific details what he wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive obtained special traing in water damage or flood damage projects ive learn to control humidity level in the house to prevent and fungus or mold build up.
