What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is based on travel time, traffic, the amount of time it takes to complete your notarization and time of day (day vs after hours) as well as how easy it is to access the location for the signing (ie your home vs a nursing home or hospital). For ease, I offer flat rate pricing for most notarizations regardless of document type or the amount of signatures.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions to get to the root of your need and then exceed your expectations! lol
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association.
