I found Carlos to be professional and responsive. I never had to reach out more than once to get an answer on something. He did a good job of scheduling the various trades during a challenging rainy season. I'm very happy with the finished products and the processes to achieve the desired results. The painter was diligent to ensure stubborn rust stains on an exterior metal door were completely covered and remained so, as well as a thorough prep and remediation of some rotted wood on fascia and soffit areas. Carlos also has expertise in homeowners' insurance requirements and is well-versed in state regulations should the need arise to challenge an adjuster's damage assessment.

Everything about this job was done right! From the initial meeting that gave me confidence that Carlos could do the job to my satisfaction, through his overseeing the smallest details of the actual install itself and all the way down to his walking me through the insurance process. He even called to check on me weeks after the job to make sure I was happy looking back over the whole process. Who does that these days? This guy is the genuine deal.
