Reached out immediately and was friendly, approachable, and helped me grasp the full scope of what I was wanting. The pricing was easy to understand and incredibly affordable. Did a consultation at the house, gave me a few options on how to proceed and really gave me exactly what I was wanting to accomplish at a great price. We ran into a minor issue on a few of the walls, but they handled it with ease and kept me up to date on how it might affect the price. For all the work they did, I was shocked it wasn’t more. They really went the extra mile to make sure the work looked clean and professional. To elaborate on the work, I had drops installed in two rooms, each with 4 ports. I expanded one drop to 4 ports in another room. Was able to get CAT 6 so I feel confident I am pretty set for the next 15+ years, and know if I decide to expand even more, I know who I am turning to first.

We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking. TOPS Certified I was a technical advisor for HikVision, a world leading surveillance equipment company for the DFW region.
