We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Surveillance Systems, doorbells, and Cameras. 2 years of remote support. We work with all brands of surveillance equipment. TOPS Certified
