- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's $200-$500 for a personal tax return depending on the complexity of it. It's $400-$1200 for a business tax return depending on the complexity of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a quick call and then client can sign up upload docs and past tax returns for review at our secured portal called taxdome. We'll send the organizer which is a step by step questionnaires to understand about your tax situation. After we review, we prepare and send you for approval and signature, we also send you the invoice If you have any questions you can *****************. After you approve the tax return and pay the invoice, we will file your tax return with the IRS for you.
