I have used alex woodflloors services twice last time was restoring a floor due to water damage he installed 10 years ago. He was very informative and i didnt feel like he wanted to charge me extra because he was able to replace the necessary and the work was flawless.

Alex helped us with a pretty big project. My wife and I purchased a home that was built in 1950. Alex carefully removed the floors, removed all of the old tar, removed all the nails one by one, poured new tar over the support boards, and ensured the reinstallation of our antique floors was completely leveled and had proper support before the sanding, filling, staining, and final coating. He is very meticulous with his work which is much appreciated. Finding honest, proud, transparent, and high-quality-grade craftsmanship is extremely hard to find in this Houston market in the construction industry. A lot of tradesmen talk a lot of big talk and fail to provide what was promised. If you want to be able to hire someone who will communicate professionally with you, be punctual, listen to your needs/wants for your home, and execute what you requested without having to even worry about checking on them or their work periodically then you call Alex from Alex Wood Floors. Quality was promised and delivered. You will pay what you get for with him, he values his worth and time and I respect it as should you. He’s a Ferrari, so expect the price match respectfully. If you want the experience of a Ferrari but with a price tag of a ‘90s Camry, then keep dreaming.
