Zoom Creative Solutions (Christina and Mike) did my first formal video for my business, Love Bites by Tanuja. I was late for the shoot because I was getting my hair and makeup done, but they were on time and by the time I got back, they were already set up and ready to go! Christina helped me map out what I was going to say and Mike was able to capture some great shots, including me outside in the garden, baking cookies, and mixing ingredients, etc. They chose some fantastic music to go behind my video and sound was great as well. The whole process took less than 2 hours and they were so professional and so fun to work with! They delivered my video fully edited within about two weeks and accommodated changes I wanted to make to the sound and color. Really really loved working with them and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the client's needs. What do you want people to learn about you? What do you want people to see about you and your business. What is the goal of your video? From this we create a shot list and interview questions. We pride ourselves in making the process as stress-free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My video career started over 20 years ago in broadcast TV with KHTV in Houston. I was with KHTV for 10 years. Afterwards I worked for various non-profit organizations. For the past 6 years, I have owned my own videography business as well as doing outsource work with Yelp and Smartshoot.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everyone from a small florist shop all the way to a corporation making parts for the international space station.
