- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is custom based on the specifics and scope of work. On occasion we do offer seasonal discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation with the customer over the phone prior to our in person or virtual estimate. During the estimate, we spend a few minutes covering our company and how we operate and then take measurements of each of the rooms to be painted. This may also include a consultation around colors. We develop the proposal while we are on site doing the estimate and review that proposal with the customer before we leave We also discuss our availability to complete the work as well as the customer's timeline for completion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years in this business as well and substantial training when we purchased the franchise as well as continuing education/training based on new products and new process.
