- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables that go into a remodel it hard to have standard pricing. Now if it's just replacing a faucet or ceiling fan, yes I have standard prices for things like that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand their wants and needs. Help them to define the scope of work that needs to be done. Work with them to make sure the project design stays within the budget. Establish timelines and start times. Complete the work needed and make sure everybody is extremely happy with the outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the 55 years of knowledge my father passed on to me over the years, I have worked for 4 other companies where I was able to learn something for each of them to help further my knowledge and understanding of the work and the relationship to the customer.
