I decided to get my locks changed and I had never done this before. I was unsure about the process or what was required. I called ik7 and the process was seamless. He was very professional. He showed me his license and was extremely professional and punctual. This happened really quickly and I was given a warranty. I couldn't have asked for someone nicer, kinder, understanding, efficient, and just plain kind to assist me. I have referred him to several friends and I hope they call to utilize his services. Thank you soo much for EVERYTHING. You exceeded my expectations !!!

My IK7 locksmith responded to my msg promptly, even though it was a Sunday. He came over in about and hour and, by the time he left, the broken door lock was removed and a new knob installed. I thought the price was reasonable and I was very grateful that the garage entrance door was finally open so I could access my car. Thanks again.
