- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once there is an agreement with the customer in the services, the price will be firm and cover all agreed services (no hidden costs). In case additional services are requested, a revise pricing will be submitted for client approval prior to execution. Price structure is built on the area to be serviced, the time it will take to complete, residence and time constraint to perform the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact and based on the customer residence information, we will tune up scope of work, pricing and set a service date within the customer required timeframe. Once the service date approaches, the cleaning team lead will contact the customer 24 hours prior to confirm the service time and guarantee it will be executed as per schedule (i.e.: key will be left in lockbox, combination, keypad combo and such). On the date and time agreed, the cleaning team will be at your home to proceed with the cleaning. Several hours later your home will be spotless, fresh and ready to be enjoyed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in Hygiene and Industrial Safety a while back and since then and through constant learning, we had defined a set of techniques, narrowed down the best products for each task and structure a training program for the new employees. Making the cleaning process safe, efficient and detailed oriented. We consistently look for new technologies and techniques to adopt into our processes and we keep striving for constant improvement to maintain a top-notch quality service that can exceed our customers’ expectations.
