We install every system in 1 day. We don't make a mess and clean up the job site great. We hand dig all jobs and place sod back how it was originally except for acreage homes that we use a trencher on. We use Rainbird materials on all jobs, plus we can install a rainbird wifi system if home owner would like to make his sprinkler system a smart system and be able to control it from your smart phone or tablet. We offer 2 years warranty on parts and labor and ask for no money upfront to do the job. When we are done the home owner will think we didn't do nothing on his lawn.
It's a profession that we know really well and enjoy doing it.

Wow! Juan and his team came at 6:30am sharp and started their work to install out front and back sprinklers. They were done and out by 1pm. I shopped around with nearly 8 vendors and Juan has the BEST price on the market that other vendors were even willing to match. I went with Juan because he gave me a fair price upfront! Excellent experience with Colonial Irrigation in installing new up irrigationsystem in my house.
Pros:
They gave quote looking at google earth. I asked them to modify somethings which were not reflected and he quickly made it happen.
They got all the permits (included in cost) and inspection etc.
Gave a date and time came on that date and time.
They were done same day so minimal disruption.
Allowed me to use my own controller as its integrated with my other systems and reduced the cost for item not supplied.
Good and quick response after install when I had couple of questions.
Cons:
Not related to them but true for any major project that need to budget a couple hundred dollars to restore landscaping. His team did an excellent job trying to put things back they were but its not perfect.
Overall, I would recommend them if you need to install your sprinklers. Need to see how service is for any issues but so far, it has been perfect since the last few months it was installed.

Juan and his team did excellent job! I scheduled an installation before but cancelled due to HOA approval delayed. Juan didn’t charge any fees. And finally my sprinklerirrigationsystem set last week and it runs very well. Their job completed quick, clean and wonderful. Definitely will refer to the others around me.

We price on how much labor needs to be done and how difficult it is going to be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go on site to give an estimate. We explain to homeowner what they need based on what they are looking to do. Homeowner decide to hire us we will contact utilities so they can mark all utilities located on your property. We then install the sprinkler system in just 1 day. After we are done we show the homower what we have done and when homeowner is satisfied that is when we get paid.
