- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I can ascertain an average amount of hours, I'm happy to provide a flat rate that will fit your budget! Usually, we can always figure out a rate that works for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process has been modified until Covid_19 has been mitigated. I love to have a face to face with each one of my customers. At which time, I get a thorough understanding of their needs, and I inform them of my process and make sure that it works for them. I also like to maintain that face to face relationship by seeing my customers a minimum of once a month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I absolutely love accounting! I am very resourceful and never stop until I have fulfilled the customer's need. I have a bachelors degree in accounting with 18+ years of experience with not just accounting, but multiple industries and accounting software. I am also a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
