- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being contacted for the customer ,Set an appointment, get an address ,come and take a look on the job site , have a conversation related to the project , some times share a short story about previous experiences either about work or personal just to let them know we are people that we can trust in other words (break the ice) I will not specially be there to make new friends but to start a good and respectfully relation between contractor and homeowner that's all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Safety classes , equipment handle , scissor lift, boom lift, paint sprayers,stilts, tile saw, grinders ,chop saw,skill saw, nail guns etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad is a contractor he started me on this business
