- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward and honest. The pricing does reflect Thumtack charges which all vendors are charged to submit a bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a quote, and then I like to speak with them on the phone. This allows me to really understand their project. This way if the bid didn’t cover every aspect they are looking for, I can give them the additional cost of hardware if the job requires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in electronic engineering, as well as many hours of classroom locksmith training. I have 5 years experience working for some of the busiest locksmiths in the Austin area.
