Dave stood out as a leader in a class full of leaders at an executive MBA program at a top business school. He is a natural leader with great talent for motivating others to action by combining his leadership experiences, story telling and great sense of humor. Dave and I were classmates at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business Executive MBA program. During the two years of the program, Dave distinguished himself as a leader and was awarded the Dean's Award of Leadership. From the beginning of the program, he began organizing extra curricular activities for the group that helped foster discussion and fellowship among the classmates. He was also a leader in the class room and his thoughts and opinions were well respected and sought out. All of these things help bring a sincerity to Dave's delivery and message when he speaks on leadership. Of course, his military service and record speak larger than anything else he has done in his life, but the day to day leadership qualities he displays show those of us who did not serve with him that he is a truly a leader in everything he does. That is why his message is so genuine and so worth listening to. When you hear Dave speak on leadership, you know you are getting a guy who has been a leader on so many different levels, to so many different groups of people, and who truly lives the words he is speaking. I cannot recommend Dave enough. If you need motivation and inspiration, Dave is your man.

I look for a solution with the client. If it is hourly, then I go that route, if they are more comfortable for a set price, then that can work too. Ultimately, to match up the right service with the right price.

Get them comfortable with trusting me. The key to any new relationship is trust and I start with that immediately.
