About
I believe my vocal studio stands out in so many ways but the friendships and creative moments we share in lessons are truly unforgettable and become memories that last a lifetime.
My fulfillment is seeing a student achieve their short-term goals. There's so many aspects of music that we as professionals still need to conquer. I enjoy watching the baby steps unfold

Extremely helpful and willing to work with me and my musical interests. I don't know how to read music and this was my first vocal lesson, but Ronnie is very patient with me. He's so sweet and never failed to make me laugh. I'm definitely continuing lessons!

I donât often write reviews but in this case it was a must do. If you are thinking about taking voice lessons Ronnie Hall is a great choice. I knew nothing about Thumbtack but I put it out there that I was interested in a voice lesson and within minutes Ronnie replied with a personal quote. I met with Ronnie and after my first lesson I knew for a fact that I had selected the right instructor. The lesson went like this: After we introduced ourselves and learned a little bit about each of our backgrounds we got right into working on breathing technics, then some warm ups and finished with working on some songs I was performing that week. Well I have to tell you after several lessons I am very pleased with the progress I have made. The breathing technics and warm ups are very challenging and he will tailor these for your personal skill level. My range has increased by several notes. I no longer worry about hitting those high notes and the increased confidence has enabled me to perform without having to stress out about simply hitting notes. He is also helping me get a smooth transition from modal voice to falsetto. Each week we go through songs that I am working on. He is excellent on keyboards and will play whatever song you need help with while pausing to give advice where needed. The man knows every song I throw at him like a human karaoke machine. Thx Ronnie!

He was very understanding of my position and knew a lot about his craft. I felt comfortable and confident that he can help me grow as a singer. After 1 practice, I was able to hit notes that I had been trying to hit for months beforehand. Definitely a good teacher with an extremely reasonable price.

I've had the pleasure of taking lessons from Ronnie for a little over a month now. He truly knows how to adapt to any student and offer a lesson plan that suits where you're at in your personal development. I'm looking forward to continue to learn from him for as long as I can!

Ronnie was INCREDIBLE! He played for my friends and family at my 50th Birthday Party. He was early, professional, fun and an amazing pianist as well as vocalist. Will absolutely call on him again for our next event!

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important when you are looking for a vocal coach to find someone who is not more numbers to their studio. You want someone Who can cater to your individual needs as a newcomer at any skill level. Every teacher has their own method and it's good to find out what teacher you connect with the best!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was a young kid I have been fascinated with the human voice. Not just through singing but in linguistics as well. I love how we can manipulate our voice to show and convey feelings of emotion. It’s usages are so unique. It’s like a personal thumbprint on the world, it’s one of a kind!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've generally worked with lower teens to late 60s age group in private lessons. I have the privilege of conducting children's vocal rehersals at Zach theater here in Austin Texas!
