- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is offered a customized proposal for services. Via a free consultation, I meet with the business owner to determine the nature of the business, how they operate, and what concerns they have regarding the company's financial records which is all considered when developing the proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to make it as easy as possible for the client, I have an onboarding system, including checklists and periodic emails, to make sure all aspects of the bookkeeping are covered and information collection is covered.
