Your photo session is my number #1 priority. You will receive all sellable images per agreement. The photos will be provided to you in the most popular print sizes available. All you will need to do is send them to be printed. Photos will be available on a CD or via download so you can save and print them with ease. Erica was our photographer for an out of town family reunion. Since we were arranging for the photo shoot from another state, we were a little concerned how the arrangements would turn out. Erica keep in constant communication with us as to our needs and what we wanted from the shoot. She scouted out various locations and gave us many choices to find the perfect setting, as well as, suggestions as to the various groups of people to be in the photos. Erica proved to be easy to work with and a true professional in her trade. She was extremely creative and was able to work with our large group with ages from 1 to 80, plus the family dog. We so appreciate her for asking the right questions and helping us with this important event.

Since my son was born in 2013, Erica has been my go-to photographer for capturing our family memories. She's done our Easter pictures in bluebonnets, modeling pics for him, and most recently our Christmas pics at Founders Plaza in Dallas. Give her your idea and she'll run it!

The pictures are good but I wanted less posed pictures but only received copies of all posed settings. l wanted each kid individually and didn't get that. I have only one setting of all of my children together. I was promised that I would receive a cd with all the pictures taken because she believed those were mine but the cd I received only had some of the sittings we did. I've been asking her for all of the pictures for weeks and have received only excuses about how she's busy but she's cashed our checks. She was really nice but just seems unorganized. I'm really disappointed.

It was unfortunate to learn that you were not completely satisfied with the photography experience. I have and will always give the customer the option for retakes "no questions asked". If more time is required in the session, the variety in location or change in location is necessary and/or if the type of photos to express your personal style is needed, I have and will always listen and comply. My clients are and remain very important to me. I'm glad that you liked the images you received. I am willing to offer you a complimentary session and truly welcome the opportunity to work with you again.
