FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have an hourly pricing for my work, but to give an accurate quote through platforms such as this it is best to visit the site that needs work done and walk through the clients needs, sometimes a customer might think they know exactly what they need but once they start filling out the forms on the platform...all the right questions aren't there .I believe it is actually more beneficial for the client to meet face to face with the professional and get bids instead of just hiring off a number that could change once onsite. This helps the professional and the client keep frustration down and make sure the job gets done the way it is expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First communication either through email or phone call to gauge the urgency of their projects, after that a walk through of the property is done and all questions regarding the install are listed.Once the client has discussed theirs needs, any recommendations are brought up by myself or my staff to possibly improve upon the original request or add on to it for a better experience overall. Timing and budget is crucial when dealing with all clients and we allow everyone enough time to give a thorough look over the proposals and go over all questions both over the phone and even in person to help the envisioning process. Once the proposal is accepted we take a deposit to book the appointment time window...from there it is just the required time for project completion. Follow up with clients within a few days of the installation being completed to allow them to get comfortable with the completed work and go over any questions or concerns if there are any. All my clients know they can reach me on my personal cell either by calling or even texting if it seems to late for a telephone to ring and I address their issues promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several times a year I will sit through classes that are geared toward my industry to either learn new products or new training on programming.
