William did a great job with the wall punch-out and barn door installation. We had built the doors ourselves, but didn't know the best way to trim them out... William took care of that, and the doors turned out great.
When it came to choose hardware, he gave us several options across several price ranges, and agreed with us when we choose the less expensive option... was needed spacers, and he made them for us in his shop.
He was always on time, showed up on the days we expected him, and cleaned up the mess on each day. We had a vision on how this would look, and he nailed it. Good, honest guy... wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, in fact we want him to do our utility room now.
One last thing to note... he gave us a quote to do that work, and any cost in addition to the original quote was perfectly in line with our budget. So no surprises when seeing the final invoice.
