- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Group Classes are $12.50 a sesson, student provides fabric and notions. There is a one time fee of $35 for the pattern book. Alterations are $12 for pant hemming Other alterations are based off $25 an hour. Products- Range greatly in price. You can check out my website for current offerings and pricings :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contact me with their project or question. I answer any questions and we discuss how we would like to proceed. Orders typically require a 50% down deposit. Alterations are paid when picked up. Class fees are due before class begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have sewn for almost 20 years. I have been teaching sewing for 6 years. I am constantly learning new techniques to bring you the most relevant products.
