Anton was very professional and explained what the problem(s) may be and what was his plan of action is before starting the job. He even came back to make some more fixes after I informed him of what took place next time it rained. Thank you!
When I was searching for pros, Anton from Cerniga was very quick to respond. I could tell he really wanted my business. When he arrived yesterday, he was right on time.
I moved into my home in 2015 and I had never cleaned my gutters - - I just never thought about it. But Anton thinks about it! My exterior windows hadn't been done in over a year and Anton took care of those also.
He's kind, considerate, thorough, and a very quiet worker. He took care of my exterior windows and gutters then made some recommendations without any high pressure sales. I highly recommend!
Details: Single-level building • Clean window screens and tracks • Windows with grids • 11 - 15 windows

Anton was very responsive to my quote request. We hired him to clean our solar panels, gutters, and windows. He arrived on time and was very professional. I was amazed at how quiet the cleaning process was. No harsh chemicals were used. He did a much better job than we ever did cleaning our solar panels. I suspect our solar input will increase dramatically. Windows were crystal clear. He also bagged the debris from our gutters so there was no mess. We have a lot of cedar trees so our gutters get pretty clogged. I will definitely use his services every few months. I highly recommend hiring him!
In the photo, you can see the difference between the cleaned solar panels and the grey dirty panels.

Anton did a great job on our gutter repair. We moved into a new house and the gutter was wrecked and our water management with this gutter was non-existent. Anton came out promptly and took his time to make sure that we had a new gutter and down spout. Most of all it was done the right way with no shortcuts!
Would recommended for any gutter repair job and also very reasonably priced.
Details: Remove and dispose current gutters • Re-attach fallen or detached gutters • Aluminum • 1-25 feet • Two-story building

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Window Cleaning
- Exterior Only: $8 per window (depends on amount)
- Exterior & Interior: $12 per window
- Screens: $1 per screen
- We include track and sill wiping as a gratuity.
• Pressure Washing is 30¢ per square foot.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do on-location and over the phone estimates. Just send us your address and we can talk to you in person or text and/ or email you an estimate by viewing your home on the web.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training in Koblenz, Germany. There I learned to master the technique of using a squeegee. Often times people think you use up and down movements, but the reality is you don't want to lift it off the glass or it will streak. You have to use one single movement, this requires a special technique to leave the window spotless.
