Josh Crow of Wicker Plumbing showed up today to do Static Plumbing Test post foundation repair and also pressure test water line.He was methodical, courteous and very polite as he explained each step during his work. We were not aware of where our sewer cleanouts were and he paced back and forth on our street to get an idea of where the subdivision builder would have installed them and, few houses down, seeing a neighbors cleanout in their front yard flower beds, he moved mulch in our front yard to find the clean outs. Had he not located these cleanouts , the next step would have been very costlyto locate cleanouts using cameras.I would recommend that you ask for Josh Crow when calling Wicker Plumbing

Sean & Vincent not only fixed my plumbing issue, but also showed me how to replace a flush valve. They are great teachers, and although I understand I will be calling WP anyways to take care of the job. Spent about 30 minutes here, but the stress relief is worth a $1,000,000.
Wicker Plumbing's reply
Thank you for the amazing review! We're so glad Sean and Vincent were able to not only fix the issue but also take the time to walk you through the process. They're both great at what they do, and we're lucky to have them on the team. We’re especially happy to hear the visit brought some stress relief—that’s what we’re here for! Don’t hesitate to call us anytime.

Josh was great! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and then walked me through the repair process. He fixed it on the spot, double checked everything to make sure it was working properly. It was getting late and I know he had a long drive home, but he was in no rush. He wanted to make sure we were good to go!
