Introduction: My name is Chad Cannon and I am the owner and head trainer at Superior Nutrition and Fitness. I have been involved with Sports and fitness my entire life. I started with flag football when I was 4 along with BMX racing. I continued with football up through high school along with participating in power lifting and track and field. I unfortunately encountered an injury during our offseason weight lifting program. That injury ended my football career along with making it nearly impossible to workout without extreme pain. A few years down the road I had gained a lot of weight, lost my muscle, and had little energy. I decided then to make a change. I was 18 and I knew a good amount about lifting weights but I had never experienced the dieting side of fitness. Needless to say it took me a few years of reading constantly and trying multiple different methods before I was able to hone in on what works for me. Throughout that journey I rekindled a love for fitness that I had forgotten about. I had done some training throughout the years for power lifters but it wasn't until I turned 22 that I decided this is what I want to do with my life. I started studying all aspects of the fitness industry and by the time I was 23 I had passed my first personal training certification. It was at that point that I left my job to start the journey of building my own fitness company. That journey has led me to a successful business that has helped hundreds of people. Superior Nutrition and Fitness now works with physical therapist, massage therapist, nutritionist, Supplement Company’s, and a few personal trainers to provide our clients everything they need to be successful on their journey to a healthy active lifestyle!
