  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Personal struggles with various life circumstances that led to weight loss and weight gain. Ive been at both ends of the weight scale..... Bulimic, anorexic and over weight. My final decision was being near death from effects of long term smoking. I decided to change my life and through that i became passionate about motivating and helping others. A majority of my friends and family had encouraged me to follow a path in fitness after seeing how dedicated and motivated I have been with my personal journey in fitness. I have inspired many to get on the fitness bandwagon through my journey and I decided helping others is my calling.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with clients of all fitness levels. I had one female I trained to get her prepared to enter the air force, one gentleman I trained wanted to climb a mountain in Africa as his goal in training, I've had clients that wanted to tone and firm. I have worked with clients age 21- 60.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Hire one that understands your struggles and has been in your shoes. If they've been there, they understand your difficulties.
