FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a walk-through of the property and decide which rooms to stage and other tasks needed to get the home ready for staging day. Then we schedule the staging day and the customer puts down a deposit and I get to work either choosing what customer items to use (for an occupied house) or choosing furniture, art and accessories from other sources (for a vacant property). The client will have homework to get done in preparation for staging day, too. Like making recommended repairs, packing things away, decluttering, etc. Then I’ll spend the staging day creating a focal point for each room to wow buyers so they can see themselves having a fabulous lifestyle in the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the Home Staging Resource as a Professional Home Stager and am a member of several accredited staging organizations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked directly with homeowners that are living in their home and also with investors who are not in the vicinity. I have special pricing for realtors and I work with commercial corporations to stage model apartments as well.
