I was watching in amazement as the gentleman whose name I cannot recall mowed front, back, sides, trimmed and hedged in a very short amount of time after recovering from a flat along the way

Ground Force was terrific. They came out and cut the grass, trimmed the bushes and even hauled away some junk that I had left in the yard when I moved out. They were easy to work with and extremely responsive. I'll definitely give them a holler in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can usually quote on mowing but when it comes to other projects I like to see the property so I completely understand what the customer wants and provide them with an honest quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we have a 3 step process. meet or talk with the customer, design or take what the customer wants design it on our software provide that to the customer so they visualize what they are in investing in and come to an agreement we do not do anything with out the customers aporval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in landscape design as well as an irrigation licence.
