What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can usually quote on mowing but when it comes to other projects I like to see the property so I completely understand what the customer wants and provide them with an honest quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we have a 3 step process. meet or talk with the customer, design or take what the customer wants design it on our software provide that to the customer so they visualize what they are in investing in and come to an agreement we do not do anything with out the customers aporval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in landscape design as well as an irrigation licence.
