- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult in some cases to give the most accurate and fair estimates for jobs without being able to see them in person. So, if you feel like the estimates that we give are off base, don't be afraid to say so! What is most important to us is that we only get paid based on the quality of our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the landscaping business for a long time now, and in that time we have been able to experience firsthand a lot of the problems that someone working in this field might run into. In our opinion, experience is the best teacher for becoming a well-rounded professional in an industry like this one. With that idea in mind, we have been able to learn a great deal about how to effectively complete a wide range of jobs and work with clients in a professional manner.
