- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my work at a reasonable and affordable rate. Fair prices build an honest reputation for my business and a lasting partnership with my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new customers on the phone and schedule an on-site visit in order to asses the electrical issues they are facing and give an accurate estimate for repairs or installation. I provide and submit same-day invoices to customers for all intended work. If customer accepts the bid, the job is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Overall I have worked in the electrical trade for 13 years, and I have had my Journeyman License for the past 5 years.
