- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with you to build a custom solution for your company, then we will bill by the hour to get you up to speed. After three monthly cycles of by-the-hour work, we will transition you to a set monthly fee based on your average hourly labor in the first three cycles. Our monthly bookkeeping service starts at $85/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with each client varies as our services are highly customized. Generally, we invite you to meet our team of experts. Then, after a consultation, you’ll complete new client paperwork and on-boarding. Next, we’ll develop a customized action plan to best meet your bookkeeping needs. Lastly, we’ll maintain and manage your finances month over month and share regular reports and outcomes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified QuickBooks Online Proadvisor, This is in addition to over 20+ years of hands-on, practical experience in private industry jobs as a controller before opening my own practice.
