- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $ 145 to prepare a simple return plus $45 electronic filling fee. We charge $25 for each extra form we have to prepare to complete the return. Estimated cost for a simple return is $190. A complex tax return could cost an estimated cost of $350 and above.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we interview the customer to collect the necessary documents needed to prepare the return.
