- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small outfit competing with the big boys. That said, we master plumbers on staff with years of experience in Residential and Commercial plumbing and we carry all insurance and credentials. We are not 'chuck in a truck' but we are not big business either. We will always be fair and competitive. We offer standing discounts for Veterans, First Responders and Teachers. We also offer discounts for first time customers. We would love the opportunity to win your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always look for the root of the problem to diagnose the right solution to your problem. We will offer a range of options from top of the line systems to basic repairs - the choice is yours. We will take the time to show and explain what we find to make sure you know exactly what is causing the issue and what we can do to help. All of our employees are third party background checked and certified safe to be in your home. We will offer you a range of financing options to meet you where you are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have master plumbers on staff to provide the highest level of knowledge and experience on every job. As a Veteran and former nuclear mechanic in the US Navy I understand the need for exacting technical standards. We keep up to date on the latest industry knowledge and products for all of your plumbing needs. From Residential and Commercial service through new construction, we've done it all.
