I recently had a contractor visit my home to provide an estimate for a bathroom remodel. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the appointment. He walked through the bathroom with me, explained the areas that would be addressed, and went over the optional upgrades available.
The estimate outlined the overall scope of work, and he took the time to answer my questions without rushing. I appreciated the straightforward communication and the way he explained the different options so I could understand the potential directions for the project.
Overall, the experience was organized and informative, and the contractor presented the information in a clear and respectful manner.
