- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of involvement and the amount of work I put in. I can give a simple consultation or be as involved as creating and going through an entire process improvement with you and your team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a discovery call or discovery in-person meeting with all my potential customers to have a better understanding of their goals and scope of the project. I will review a part of what they would like to improve and give them feedback. From there, we make a decision as a team if we want to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 4 years of process improvement experience with high yield results.
