- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prioritize quality in my work and in the products I use or recommend. I will always make sure you know costs upfront and are away of any adjustments that may be needed before we move forward with a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can get started over the phone with photos of your space and a description of your project. When you are ready to move forward, I will come to you to give an estimate and timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction for 5 plus years and have learned skills from other talented carpenters.
