My message was answered within minutes and Joe scheduled me for the next day. Their technician,Sammy,arrived on time and fixed my leaking HVAC without replacing a costly drip pan which a prior “tech” wanted to do $$$. Sammy was knowledgeable, courteous, through, took time to explain, and answer my questions. He left my AC in better condition, working perfectly, and at a reasonable price. Great experience with this pro. I did not ultimately end up working with Joe, but feel compelled to share my experience. After spending a few minutes with me on the phone, Joe shared with me that he did not believe that the problem I was having was what I originally thought. He suggested to me that it would be in my best interest to contact the company who had installed my centralair unit recently because it should be under warranty. He told me to call him back if I needed to talk anything through or needed any advice. I texted him to let him know that the company appeared to be closed over the weekend. He offered to come out and take a look at the issue because the weather was unseasonably cold and my house was very cold. After making arrangements to have him come out, the company who installed the unit called with availability. I texted Joe to let him know. He was very gracious and understanding. I will definitely keep Air Pros of San Antonio on my list!

Joe was very professional and we cannot thank him enough for fitting us in on a Saturday! Our A/C had been out for a week (with an infant and two small children you can imagine how unbearable the TX summer heat was getting) and our landlord was having issues finding someone to come out (after having another company come out and mud diagnose the issue) . On a whim I looked up AC professionals in my area and sent in a request for quotes. Joe responded fast and was able to come out the same day. As soon as Joe began his diagnostics on the unit he immediately knew what the issue was! It was a fast and simple fix and was well worth the repair cost. Thanks Joe!

I have many technical classes attended so far, Mitsubishi ductless is one for example.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have a State License and are insured, you don't want a non professional and unscreened by the State to be working on your HVAC system
