The best home service I’ve had. We lost AC on the first 100 degree day in SA this season and contacted Mark on a Sunday night. He was the first thing Monday. Very friendly and professional. Gave us plenty of options from fox to replacement costs (which we asked for given the age of the system.) We opted to replace both full systems and furnaces. They started and were finished in eight hours and toys never know they were even there. Clean, courteous, very professional and very fair in their pricing.

Our unit went out during the holidays this past winter and Cool Mark was the only company that responded to our request. He came after hours to check on it and had our unit fixed the next day. We highly recommend Cool Mark. We will definitely be using him for our on going maintenance on our unit.
