Apollo Air & Plumbing responded promptly, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the dispatcher. She informed me that a technician could arrive within 45 minutes and provided a time window for the plumber’s arrival. The communication I received prior to the technician’s arrival was exceptional, as they shared a photograph of the technician and provided background information.
The technician, Nick, arrived within the specified time frame. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge in the field. I could discern his expertise and was impressed by his ability to address my concerns, explain the services offered, and provide upfront pricing.
Nick effectively assessed the situation and presented me with options. He was genuinely invested in ensuring my understanding of every step of the process, maintaining transparency and providing clear explanations.

The gentlemen at Apollo Air do great work! They offer their professional opinion and do their best to meet your needs. I had AC and plumbing issues that they took care of in less than 3 hours. I’ll go to them again for future jobs.
I received text when Andres was on his way and when he arrived. He was very courteous and professional. He told me what he was going to do and then gave me recommendations. I only needed a check up and maintenance.
I’m always a little skeptical to have somebody new come over to my home. I don’t know if they’re being honest or if they want to make a sale. Andres is honest. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I have found my new HVAC person!!!

We are proud to offer discounts for military (Active/Retired), First responders, teachers, senior citizens, and church parishioners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted, we will gather some basic information from you, and book your service with us. Our customers receive communication, from the very beginning, including appointment times, on my way texts, and job completion invoices as well as technician surveys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apollo Air’s technicians are all masters of their craft. That means, we go a step further with our hiring process and only employ NATE certified technicians and installers. Each one of our professionals have been trained, and certified at the highest level of their profession, and are proud to be apart of the top 5% in the nation.
